About Cam

After studying English literature and music at Oberlin College, CAM MCCLUSKEY completed a Master of Music degree at the Juilliard School. (He loves it when people ask him, What did you expect to do with that?)

He soon gave up art for commerce.

Working in regulatory compliance convinced him the interesting characters were the ones who broke the rules. Before he knew it, writing took over his life. In March 2023, the New Mexico Writers organization selected Cam for its Rising Writers Program with David Morrell.

Cam lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
